How Do I Sign Up?

• Registration deadline is November 12.
• Early registration is $65 before Oct. 22 and $75 after.
• Everyone must attend one basketball evaluation or cheerleading orientation.
• Form and registration fee may be dropped off at the church office anytime between 10:00am and 2:00pm, Monday through Thursday.
